Change up your Christmas routine, and join us for the Feast of Seven Fishes – an Italian-American 7-course feast! Also known as La Vigilia (The Vigil), this Christmas Eve tradition commemorates waiting for the birth of Baby Jesus at midnight on Christmas. Roman Catholics have traditionally abstained from meats and animal fats on the eve of certain holy days, so they feasted instead on seafood. Some Italian-American families celebrate with more than 7 fish, and sometimes up to 13 different types. Experience it for yourself, Friday-Saturday, December 23-24 from 5:30 pm-10:00 pm for only $89 a person (exclusive beverage, tax and gratuity). Call (202) 835-0459 to make reservations.
